By filling out this form, you are saying that we share this vision (it's free to join): By December 31, 2030, all children in our region will be safe in their own family or with caregivers supported by a faithful community.

FIVE18 Family Services commits to:

  1. Connect Vision30 partners with eachother for collective impact

  2. Invite you to the monthly Vision30 Gathering lunch

  3. Showing up in your spaces and places as appropriate

  4. Share your events or initiatives on the Vision30 Facebook page

  5. Publish partners in the Vision30 Partner Directory & on the Vision30 website 

  6. Offer discounts to Hat Creek Camp & trauma-informed & other trainings

  7. Free counseling services through Clinical Training team to any partner employee or volunteer. 

  8. Allow free use of resources, including limited use of CarePortal (up to 5x times a year)

  9. Scholarship opportunities available for Vision30 partner clients

  10. Free ad space on our media screens for partners

We ask that your organization:

  1. Participates in Vision30 conversations and events (ie The Gathering)

  2. Utilizes personal and professional networks to share and promote Vision30

  3. Submits CarePortal requests when appropriate

  4. Shares non-protected/anonymized data related to the Vision30 mission, for progress tracking
